Author Guidelines

Research Collab welcomes original manuscripts for the publication of authored books, edited books, textbooks, book chapters, monographs, conference proceedings, and book reviews across a wide range of academic and interdisciplinary fields.

Authors may submit their manuscripts and publication proposals via email to editor@researchcollab.in. For ongoing publication projects and calls for chapters, authors are encouraged to visit the Research Collab website and the Publication Project Portal.

Before submitting a manuscript, authors should ensure that it follows the applicable submission guidelines and manuscript formatting requirements specified by Research Collab. Authors are also required to review the relevant publication policies, editorial guidelines, copyright requirements, and publication ethics standards.

All submitted manuscripts must be original, properly referenced, and free from plagiarism. The submitted work must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere, except where prior publication or other arrangements have been explicitly disclosed and approved. Research Collab reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet its originality, ethical, formatting, or academic quality requirements.

Manuscripts and publication proposals are evaluated according to their academic merit, originality, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the intended subject area and readership. Depending on the publication type, the editorial process may include an initial assessment, editorial screening, peer review or other appropriate evaluation, and revisions where necessary. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication. The corresponding author will be informed of the submission status through the registered email address or other official communication channels.

Research Collab accepts submissions throughout the year, subject to the requirements and deadlines of individual publication projects. The time required for initial screening, review, revision, and final publication may vary depending on the manuscript, the availability of reviewers, and the publication schedule. Project-specific deadlines and publication timelines communicated through official notices shall apply.

Researchers, academics, professionals, and prospective authors who are planning to develop a book or are currently preparing a manuscript are welcome to discuss their publication proposals with our editorial team. Proposals should include the proposed title, a brief description of the work, its scope and relevance, the intended audience, author or editor details, institutional affiliation, ORCID iD where available, and an estimated submission timeline.
